The annual Pound House Founder's Day outdoor concert in historic Dripping Springs, Texas kicks off our season in September.
Each November, we present a Veteran's Day Tribute concert also in Dripping Springs, Texas sponsored by the Rotary Club.
Later in November, just before Thanksgiving, we present our formal indoor concert at our rehearsal home – the First Baptist Church in Wimberley, Texas.
April is a very busy month for the Hill Country Community Band as we participate in the Texas Community Band Festival sponsored by the Central Market in Austin, Texas. For more information and a concert schedule please visit their website: www.tcmfestival.com
Also in April the Hill Country Community Band performs for the annual Butterfly Festival at Wimberley's Emily Ann Theatre. Please visit www.emilyann.org and click on "Butterfly Festival."
In May we present our formal spring concert at our rehearsal home – The First Baptist Church in Wimberley, Texas.
July 4th is our year-end band extravaganza with two concerts – one in Wimberley for the Wimberley Chamber of Commerce and in certain years we perform in the Concert in the Park Series, sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department of San Marcos.
